  Very good service. However there is only one staff member on duty, which seems like a lot of work and stress for one person. At least 2 people should be on duty. Also it feels like someone’s house inside. A more professional government style location wouldn’t hurt.

  The lady working at this location (June) truly cares about her customers. She stays open late, opens early, always smiling. If more people were like June, the world would be a better place.

  I have been going here for years and always have a good experience. Exceptionally knowledgeable, polite and caring. Definitely beats larger area offices.

  June is the epitome of professional success. I have been in many other service Ontario locations over the years and have never found one that comes close to matching the Brighton office for efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service. The office is family friendly, with activities for children, which is a huge help for parents. Kudos to June for operating the best office in Ontario!!

  Absolutely brutal service. Worst experience ever. One person performing customer service and answering phone calls at the same time. Wait time was over 45 minutes with a significant line up forming behind me. The rep was friendly and kept her composure. Amazing. Our provincial government at it's finest.
